Job Description

We travelled to Rhyl High School in North Wales for Sports Surfaces UK to amend their Basketball court on the Pulastic surface. The old style court needed blocking out so we were able to colour match the paint and cover the outdated court marking. This allowed us to lay the new markings to FIBA (international Basketball Federation) standard. Rhyl now have all new line marking, in the FIBA standards which state;

  1. the official court size is 28m x 15m (measured to the inside of the boundary line),
  2. that all lines should be 5cm wide
  3. and that the lines should be in contrasting colour to the playing surface and visible to all.

Rhyl are now all ready to start using their indoor basketball court over the winter months. We wish them lots of great games!
